Requesting I.D. Cards

Due to increased security and force protection requirements ID cards will no longer be available for renewal through the mail in process.

All renewals must be accomplished by appointment only through the 337^th Air Support Flight (ASUF) located at the U.S. Embassy, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT. Please contact the following POCs for an appointment:

ARMY: 02-6214-5881

AIR FORCE: 02-6214-5821

NAVY/MARINES: 02-6214-5827

You will need the following documents for your ID card renewal:

• Old ID card
• Photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc)

You will need the following documents for any changes to your status (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or death):

• Marriage certificate (if applicable)
• Birth certificate (if applicable)
• DD 214 (if applicable)
• SSAN or Tax-payer ID Number (if applicable)
• Divorce Decree (if applicable)
• Death Certificate (if applicable)
• Photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc)
